Terms & Conditions

♥ payment will be in USD through an invoice sent via paypal, or through ko-fi commissions, depending on the type of commission.
♥ commissions are charged by an hourly rate. the more detailed the commission, the more it will be.
♥ full payment must be made before i start.
♥ usually first come first serve, but that varies depending on if commissioning as a gift.
♥ i have the right to refuse a commission.
♥ sketches will be sent for confirmation, as well as making sure the colors are correct for no extra charge.
♥ client must explicitly request to not post on social media.
♥ art commissioned is for personal use only. merchandise may not be made by the client without my permission.
♥ please contact me if you would like to obtain commercial rights to resell commissioned art for an extra charge.
♥ any art completed by @marialagidyne may not be used in any blockchain technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or anything of the sort created in the future. this includes AI (artificial intelligence) technology.commission requirements:
♥ references may be visual (other commissions/paint doodles, mood boards, etc), or extremely detailed written description. if using a written description, basic personality information must be included.
